As a personal trainer my job is to help you:

2. Lose body fat
3. Increase muscle mass
I specialize in forming an individualized fitness program which emphasizes proper lifting mechanics and movement efficiency. The training experience is far from the drill sergeant approach looking to make you feel like your about to pass out or make you feel so sore that you can't even move the next day.
I believe that a good educator is able to make the complex simple and by doing so, others would be able to take immediate action and see results.
The interaction I have with my clients is more of a teacher/student relationship. I am looking to educate my clients the proper fitness mindset so they can help themselves and ultimately share the knowledge with others.
