"Being a college baseball player, my season is grueling and injuries are bound to happen. I've been going to Andrew for about a year now and he has helped me with hamstring strains to shoulder surgery. Ever since going to Andrew, my performance on the field and in the weight room has improved. Andrew is knowledgeable and is willing to help you with any type of injury. Recovery is a huge part of being an athlete and Andrew is a big part of my recovery process."

"I met Andrew a little less than a year following treatment for  breast cancer. I decided to increase the amount of physical activity in my day-to-day life to both prevent cancer recurrence and help me deal with the psychological aftermath of being a cancer survivor.

Having cancer made me stronger emotionally and I wanted to become stronger physically. I sought out a personal trainer to work with me one-on-one to maximize my time and to provide motivation. I was extremely fortunate to meet Andrew who seemed to know exactly what I needed -- pushing just hard enough to make progress, but not so hard that I would dread our weekly sessions.

In fact, I looked forward to Fridays as our sessions each week contained foundational work to allow me to see my growth, but always with a twist and something new to keep me engaged. As I grew stronger, I started to dream of setting a big goal, working towards it and achieving success.

I decided on the New York City Triathlon – a bit daunting, but I gave myself nine months advance notice. Andrew did not bat an eye and was quite confident that with continued hard work on both our parts, I could achieve my goal. So, on July 19, 2015 I swam in the Hudson, cycled on the West Side Highway, and ran in Central Park. I didn’t break any speed records, but I accomplished my goal and went from being a cancer survivor to a cancer victor! It all started one
Friday with Andrew knowing just the right mix of activity, motivation, and insight to put me on the right path. For that, I will be eternally grateful."

"Andrew is the best professional as well as human being!"

"Andrew is a superb trainer.  He listens well.  He treats each client differently according to their goals and abilities.  I know this because he has worked with myself, my wife and my daughter.  Andrew strives to understand the core problem.  He addresses that above all else.  The fact that he also combined strength training with massage is rare, especially since he does them both well.  The best part of Andrew is his soft-spoken demeanor.  He is a pleasure to train with and to learn from."
