Our bodies were designed to move in order to maintain our functional ability to push, pull, lift, squat, lunge, bend and twist. Now, because most of us live in a chair bound society, our bodies begin to slowly lose its ability to carry out those fundamental movements. You may feel restricted or "tight" which is typical. The cool thing is that we are mobile adapters, which means we can and will gain our function back with efficient movement!
