I took action on an opportunity to visit Greenwhich Crossfit and I am proud I did. Everything about the experience from entering the door meeting the friendly front desk attendant Meghan to meeting the hardworking group of crossfitters was enjoyable.

It was a pleasure to complete a challenging workout first thing in the morning with my new friend Jeff. He impressed me with his strong work ethic and commitment to Crossfit. He trains 6 days a week!
